Dedicated private storage
Private Reserve
A reserve of your own, set apart from everyone else's.
Private Reserve isolates your files in storage allocated to your account alone, with separate encryption keys and access rules you control. It is built for the documents, contracts and masters you cannot afford to see mixed into shared infrastructure.
What is included
Considered in every detail.
- 01
Isolated allocation
Your reserve is carved out for a single account, so your data is never co-mingled with other customers' files.
- 02
Your keys, your choice
Let CloudNo1 manage your encryption keys, or hold them yourself for an additional layer of separation.
- 03
Granular access rules
Define who may open, edit, share or delete, and limit access by device, role or location.
- 04
Tamper-evident audit trail
Every open, share and change is recorded in a log that is easy to search and hard to alter.
- 05
Approved-network access
Restrict the reserve to the offices, devices and people you have explicitly approved.
How it unfolds
Four steps, unhurried.
- 1
Define the reserve
Tell us what belongs inside, who needs access and how large the reserve should be.
- 2
Provision and isolate
We allocate dedicated storage and generate a separate set of keys for your account.
- 3
Set access and keys
You choose roles, rules and key custody, then review them with a specialist before anything is stored.
- 4
Move in and monitor
Files are placed in the reserve, and the audit trail begins recording from the first upload.

Questions
About Private Reserve
Straight answers to what members ask most often.
Is a Private Reserve a separate account?
It lives alongside your regular CloudNo1 account, with its own allocation, keys and rules. You sign in once and see both.
Can I hold my own encryption keys?
Yes. If you choose to hold them, keep them somewhere safe: we cannot recover files that were protected with keys we do not have.
Can I use regular storage as well?
Absolutely. Many members keep everyday work in standard storage and move only their most valued files into the reserve.
